At WORLD DIVINE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, as we utilize a third-party print-on-demand service to create custom products, we adhere to their return and exchange policies. Please read our return policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with the third-party service to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or refund. You’ll need to provide clear images of the damaged or defective product to ensure a smooth resolution.

2. Incorrect Item or Size:

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design) due to an error on our part or the third-party service’s, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will assist in correcting the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

3. Return Process:

As we use a print-on-demand service, we cannot accept returns for personal reasons or for incorrectly chosen sizes, colors, or designs. Please double-check product descriptions, size guides, and your order details before making a purchase to ensure the correct product.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of custom, print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective, incorrect, or damaged.

1. Custom Products:

All of our products are custom-made and printed on-demand by a third-party service. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any change of mind or for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or design.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to begin the process. Please send us photos of the damaged or incorrect item for a quicker resolution.

3. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, once production has begun with the third-party service, cancellations are not possible.

4. Third-Party Service Terms:

Please note that the third-party service’s policies regarding returns and refunds are also applicable to your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to both our store’s policies and the third-party service’s policies.
